When do I get my ¥100?
The reward is credited to your account balance the moment your friend completes their first exchange (fiat or crypto). If they only browse, no reward — trades count only.
Is there a cap on how many friends I can refer?
No. Every friend that signs up with your link and trades earns you ¥100 — the leaderboard has members past ¥10,000 in referral credit.
Do I have to pay tax on this?
Rewards are treated as promotional credit on TCE — not cash income. They can be used against fees or withdrawn once you've completed at least one exchange yourself.
My friend signed up but I don't see them here
They may have missed the referral link — a manual code entry at signup also works. Ask them to email support with your code and we'll attach it retroactively.
What counts as a "successful" referral?
A new account that (1) verifies their identity and (2) completes at least one settled exchange, on desk or P2P.

Rewards are for organic referrals — friends and family. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or bot signups are removed on review and forfeit rewards. TCE reserves the right to adjust the reward amount with 14 days' notice; existing pending rewards are always honoured.
