How is my spread calculated?
We take the mid-market rate and add / subtract the tier spread. Trader & Business tiers get tighter numbers as your monthly volume grows.
Do you ever add fees at settlement?
No. The rate you confirm at quote is the rate at settlement. The only variable is a correspondent-bank fee on international wires — always shown before you confirm.
What's the network gas fee on crypto?
It's the on-chain fee paid to miners / validators — set by the network, not us. We display the current estimate live before you confirm.
How does volume-based tier upgrade work?
30-day rolling volume: exceed ¥1M and you're auto-nudged to Trader terms; exceed ¥10M and a rep reaches out for Business pricing.
Are P2P trades really free?
Yes — no maker or taker fee. Our margin lives on the fiat / crypto desk side.
Do you offer refunds if I'm unhappy with pricing?
If we quoted you wrong, we honour the price we quoted — you don't pay the difference. If you don't like the market price at quote, don't confirm.
