Anti-Money-Laundering & KYC Policy
How we verify customers and prevent financial crime — 反洗钱与实名认证政策。
1. Purpose & scope · 目的
This policy sets out how TCE prevents money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CFT) and meets applicable know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. It applies to every customer, exchange order and peer-to-peer trade on the platform.
2. Customer due diligence (KYC) · 客户尽职调查
- Every account is identity-verified before trading is enabled.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required (passport or national ID).
- Name, date of birth and ID details are captured and verified.
- Enhanced due diligence applies to higher-value or higher-risk activity.
3. Ongoing monitoring · 持续监控
Customer activity is monitored on a risk basis. Unusual patterns — rapid movement of funds, structuring, or activity inconsistent with a customer profile — are flagged for review by the compliance function.
4. Suspicious activity · 可疑活动
Where activity is suspected to involve the proceeds of crime or terrorist financing, it is escalated to compliance, the account may be restricted, and reports are made to the relevant authorities as required by law.
5. Sanctions & PEP screening · 制裁与政要筛查
- Counterparties are screened against applicable sanctions lists.
- Politically exposed persons (PEPs) are identified and subject to enhanced due diligence.
- Prohibited or sanctioned parties are blocked from the platform.
6. Record keeping · 记录保存
Identity and transaction records are retained securely for the period required by applicable law and made available to regulators on lawful request.
7. Governance & training · 治理与培训
